Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective From: 10th March 2023

1. Cancellation & Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule a session at least 4 hours before the scheduled time.

Sessions canceled within 4 hours or missed without notice may be treated as a no-show.

No-shows may be charged the full session fee.

2. Demo Sessions

Each student is eligible for one free demo session.

Demo sessions are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled multiple times.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable in special cases and subject to approval.

You must inform us within 30 days of purchase if not satisfied.

Only unused sessions are eligible for refunds.

4. Money-Back Guarantee

Refund requests must be raised within 30 days.

A 10% administrative fee will be deducted.

Completed sessions will also be deducted.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

5. Service-Initiated Cancellations

If KidsTuttoo cancels a session, an alternative will be scheduled.

If not possible within 7 days, you may request a refund.

6. Credits & Validity

Credits are valid for 6 months from purchase date.

Unused credits will expire and are non-refundable.

7. Payment Policy

All payments must be made in advance.

We use secure third-party payment gateways.

We do not store payment details.
